AI strategy & roadmap
Where the value is, what to build, what to buy, and in what order. I map candidate use cases against the data and systems you already run, then sequence them into a roadmap your leadership team can fund and defend.

Enterprise rollout
Claude and Gemini Enterprise across the organisation, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and system integration. I take enterprise AI deployment from pilot to the whole organisation, connecting the tools to the systems your teams work in every day.

Context & data architecture
Design and procurement of the knowledge layer agents reason over. I work out what has to be connected, how it should be structured, and which vendors are worth paying for.

Deployment & adoption
Oversight of build partners, governance and user adoption. I hold delivery partners to the plan and stay close to the people meant to use what gets built, because AI deployment fails on adoption more often than on technology.

AI governance
Risk assessment, usage policies, data handling, human-in-the-loop (HITL) thresholds and access controls. Enough structure to satisfy your risk and compliance functions without stopping the work.

Board & committee cover
An external voice to validate direction and provide insight. I brief boards and steering committees in language they can act on, and say plainly when a plan will not survive contact with the organisation.

Background
I build at the AI frontier.
Moloqo is the London AI consultancy of Charlie Cheesman, a fractional AI strategist working with enterprise leadership teams on AI strategy and enterprise AI deployment. The work runs from roadmap to production: deciding where the value is and what to build, designing the knowledge layer agents reason over, rolling out Claude and Gemini Enterprise, and setting the governance and access controls that enterprise deployment needs.
As an AI strategy consultant I work mostly with private equity firms and large corporates, building knowledge graph-powered multi-agent systems for organisations including EY and Prosus, Europe's 3rd largest company. Moloqo has run since July 2026, on retainer or per project.
